drawn on the tank system. The vacuum rate is determined by the fuel level in the
tank. A high-tech acoustic microphone is used to determine tank
tightness. Data collection time is significantly less than most other
testing systems, while maintaining the same high level of accuracy.

UST 2000 P/U
Two Part Tank Test: One part checks only the liquid level down on
the underground oil tank by use of
sonar signals from a probe suspended in the product. The second part checks the air space above the
liquid level at the top of the tank. This portion is usually done with a
vacuum.
